Susan graduated from Wake Forest University in 1999 with a degree in Anthropology, minors in Computer Science and Art. She worked for Microsoft as a Software Design Engineer / Test for the next 4.5 years. In 2004, Susan left Microsoft to enroll in the College of Purna Yoga and after 2000 hours of training, she graduated as a Certified Purna Yoga Instructor and began teaching classes. She also began to work on her art and design skills, creating Eastside Artist.
In 2007 she became a faculty member in the College of Purna Yoga, teaching in the Certficate level and co-teaching the Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour yoga teacher training program. Through word of mouth, Eastside Artist grew and evolved into what it is now. Susan creates the designs and layouts for Eastside Artist using the Adobe Creative Suite 3.
Erin Honeycutt
Erin graduated from Wake Forest University in 1999 with a degree in Computer Science, minor in Physics. He immediately went to work for Microsoft for the next 8 years as a Software Design Engineer.
In 2008 Erin left Microsoft for several months to complete the 200 hour yoga teacher training program through the College of Purna Yoga. He is currently back at Microsoft as a Software Developer Lead in the MSN Autos group. Erin implements the web designs for Eastside Artist into working solutions using Adobe Dreamweaver.
